In most Oklahoma City and Tulsa metro communities, a small monthly fee is added to residential water/utility bills to support ambulance operations and provide benefits. TotalCare is designed for individuals living in nursing homes, apartment complexes or rural areas who do NOT receive EMSA benefits via a city utility bill program.
Eastern Division (Tulsa metro area): TotalCare enrollment period is held May 1 - June 30. This is for members/prospective members living in the greater Tulsa area. Eastern Division memberships are valid through June 30.
Western Division (Oklahoma City metro area): TotalCare enrollment period is held August 1 - September 30. This is for members/prospective members living in the Oklahoma City metro area. Western Division memberships are valid through September 30.
